Te Salutant

Thanks so much for trying out my game :)

Requirements: Windows 10 or better

    Almost any gpu from the last 5 years

How to play:

    Make sure two controllers are connected and double click TeSalutant.exe. If you only have one controller, you can use the "F1" or "F2" function keys to allow the 1st or 2nd player respectively to use the keyboard.  Press the corresponding key again to toggle the setting back. Be careful, you can assign both players to one keyboard, that wouldn't be good :).

    TeSalutant is a two player asymmetric adversarial action game. One player controls "The Brute" and the other "The Shadow".  The shadow's goal is to stab the brute three times to end the game, while the brute scores points by killing the shadow. The shadow and brute each have unique special abilities, some of which have cooldowns.

    

    Brute

        Basic Attack - a quick hit with a long start up in the direction the brute is facing. Can be canceled by blocking.

        Block - stops incoming attacks from the shadow.

        Fire blast - Throws out a quick blast with no start up in front of the brute and pushes them back slightly.

        Fire spin - A spin attack with a wide hitbox that extends on all sides of the brute.

    Shadow

        Basic Attack - a quick attack in the direction the shadow is facing. Range is much shorter than the brutes.

        Dash - it's a dash.  You know what a dash is.

        Teleport - Triggering once marks a spot on the map.  Triggering again will instantly move the shadow back to the marked spot.

        Knife Throw - Throws the shadow's knife in the direction they are facing.  Has some aim assistance.
